Basic line/copy editing/proofreading for serial platform publishing. I do not distinguish between copyediting and proofreading. I will make whatever corrections and suggestions I feel are necessary for clarity and readability. I'm not going to let something go unaddressed because all I was asked to do was proofread--I just can't in good conscience "not edit" if I feel something needs attention. 

Contemporary and Women's fiction, Romance (clean to 3-pepper)

.005/word   $5. minimum
That means if you are writing short episodes, it will be more cost-effective for you to send me batches of at least two episodes at a time. Anything over 1000 words will be billed by the word, at $0.005/word. 

I do not offer sample edits for these projects. Our first three edits will be single jobs, after which time we will both have a feel for each other and whether or not we are a good fit. After that, we can set up a regular schedule so we can both count on having your edits done on, say, Tuesdays.

I am happy to set you up with a regular editing schedule if you would like. I can do weekly returns (Tues-Wed-Th), bi-weekly, or monthly batches.
